Seit dem Tod von George Floyd und der Wiederbelebung der BLACK LIVES MATTER-Bewegung ist die Diskussion über Rassismus und strukturellen Rassismus weltweit neu entfacht worden. Die Webtalkshow @YELLIT! FROM THE MOUNTAIN wurde mit der MET Film School Berlin 2023 für die 4. Staffel neu aufgelegt. Die Show zeigt sechs einflussreiche Künstlerinnen aus der Filmszene, die über ihr Leben, ihre Arbeit und ihre Liebe zum Film sprechen. In der Folge HAIR CARE spricht Benita Bailey mit Fatima York über Black Hair Politics & Film.

@YELLIT! FROM THE MOUNTAIN is a show with and by Black artists in the performing arts. Since the death of George Floyd and the revival of the BLACK LIVES MATTER movement, the discussion about racism and structural racism has been reignited worldwide. The web talk show @YELLIT! FROM THE MOUNTAIN was relaunched with the MET Film School Berlin 2023 for the 4th season. The show features six influential female artists from the film scene talking about their lives, their work and their love of film. In the episode HAIR CARE, Benita Bailey talks to Fatima York about Black Hair Politics & Film.
