with Twïns & The Expanding Cosmos, Saturns Drive, Sad Magic
Following their 2022 debut album “The Human Jazz”, Berlin based multi-instrumentalist Twïns returns with Healing Dreams, their second LP on Earth Libraries, and invites you to its release show — a warm gathering to celebrate a record that marks a new chapter. Where their 2022 debut The Human Jazz explored loss and grief, Healing Dreams represents the spiritual journey that follows, one towards healing and growth, both as an individual and as a community. Recorded on tape in their bedroom studio, the album draws on the sun-drenched textures of 1970s soft rock, spiritual jazz, MPB, gospel, and soul — music as both refuge and response to a world in turmoil. It's a lush sonic tapestry shaped by dreams, distant shores, and the desire for peace and unity.
Each track emerged in real time, written and recorded simultaneously, often with the input of a vibrant circle of Berlin-based collaborators. The result is a deeply textured body of work, rich with woodwinds, voices, and rhythms that evoke places far from the Berlin, but rooted in the intimacy of community — Healing Dreams opens up a transportive, soul-nourishing space. Join us as Twïns brings this universe to life on stage with their live band The Expanding Cosmos — a night of music, togetherness, and shared transformation.

Twïns will be sharing the stage that night with two special guests:
Saturns Drive, the project of Berlin-based New Zealand producer and DJ Will Rattray. Drawing inspiration from retro sci-fi and fantasy noir themes, he crafts a sound that blends cosmic disco, Italo grooves, and arpeggiated electronics. The live performances feature spacey drum machines, synthesizers, electric guitars, and percussion, creating a unique auditory experience. In 2024, Saturns Drive released the album Next Stop Nebula, which merges oceanic slide guitars and early digital synths with 90s-inspired rhythms.
