About the Comedians:

🎤 Jenny Zigrino🎤

With the sweetness of the midwest and the sharp edge of the east coast, Jenny Zigrino brings a powerful comedic performance to any stage. She combines hilarious anecdotes and sharp, witty observations with a cheeky style that challenges social norms and what it means to be human. Her brutal honesty and undeniable charm create a compelling comedic experience you won’t forget.

She made her late night debut on Conan with Conan O’Brien and performed a total of three guest appearances. She was a Just For Laugh’s New Faces in 2016 and since then has been featured on Comedy Central, MTV, TBS, and many others. She starred in films such as Bad Santa 2 along Billy Bob Thornton and in the horror comedy Too Late in 2021. She’s headlined festivals like Moon Tower, New York Comedy Festival, and High Plains Comedy Festival. She’s written and performed several comedy specials including Comedy Central Presents the Half Hours. Her latest appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden in 2023 was met with rave reviews. Her brand new hour, Jen-Z, is available now on Comedy Central’s Youtube.

🎤 Amelia Jane Hunter 🎤

Amelia Jane Hunter is an Australian performer who lives and loves in Berlin. A trained actress, TV Producer and Director, stand up comedian and former remote area bushwalking guide, Amelia teaches Storytelling and Performance skills at German Universities, Schools and private companies to those wanting to better express themselves on stage and in life. A challenging and emboldening experience. Producer and host of Berlin's monthly Storytelling show; Stories with Spine, Amelia will be working on her 11th solo show 'Exquisite Pervert’; and will be writing and workshopping her stories and performance in the Red Hook studio space under direction from local artists. Engaging in local comedy and storytelling performances, collaborating with and learning from comedy and drag artists to identify the different techniques, the artists 'call to arms’, politically and artistically, looking for styles and shifts in performance that define this generation of performers and performance.

🎤 Captain Khalid🎤

With a couple of SOLD OUT solo Franchise show “I Think I am Single 1 & 2” ''Sorry For Being A Bad Date'' and “It’s Not That Deep” in more than 80+ countries across Europe, Asia and Africa, With his back to back Viral videos, Captain Khalid, The Tanzania’s Germany based international comedian is for the first time performing his new jokes from his anticipated new comedy special “No Hard Feelings” that will debut in January.

🎤 Ayo 🎤

Ayodéji Akintunde Akinnuroju aka «Ayo» is a french stand up comedian born from Nigerian parents and raised in Paris.

Ayo first appeared on stage doing Improv and later moved to acting, performing on several theater productions in Paris and Hamburg (Germany) where he decide to move, to learn Stand Up Comedy in German. After having performed his jokes and shared his hilarious stories through shows all over Germany, even landing a spot at the German TV show «Night Wash Talent Award 2021», Ayo is now ready to conquer a broader audience of English speakers.

This year he has already appeared several times at «Hamburg International Comedy» hosted by «Captain Khalid» and even opened for the Nigerian comedy super Star «Basketmouth» on his tour in Europe in 2023.

🎤 Chris El Asmar🎤

Chris El Asmar is a Lebanese-born and raised comedian based in Hamburg, Germany. A creative director by day, he started doing standup less than a year ago, using his dark sense of humor to explore his eventful upbringing in Lebanon, as well as his experiences as a Christian, Arab migrant in Germany.

🎤 Anton Knaus🎤

Anyone who has been to a few comedy shows in Hamburg, be it in English or German, has had the chance to laugh at Anton's jokes. Anton who has been doing comedy for a few years, was just very close to being the winner of Nightwash Talent Award 2022, and he has been one of the funniest comedians to watch on stage as he shares his stories of growing up in Germany with his Russian background.

🎤 Matthias Ludwig 🎤

Matthias Ludwig originally dreamed of becoming a stuntman and acrobat, but quickly realized that a career as an actor can be just as entertaining... with much less pain! But he missed using the skills he had learned at school - as class clown.

These days Matthias is a comedian and an actor, with the clear goal to make people either laugh or cry, or sometimes both!

🎤 Shahin Asmari🎤

Born and raised in Iran, Shahin moved to Germany to continue his studies at the university, but things changed quite fast and he ended up telling jokes in Reeperbahn! He started doing open mics in German and English all around Germany before performing in different European cities, from Aarhus to Paris and Milan. His breakthrough was opening for some comedy stars in the past year including Max Amini, Chelsea Hart and Negah Amiri as well as hosting Burning Mic weekly as the co-founder of the show.

Shahin has been working on his solo program for the past few months, and he is going to perform parts of his new special ''From Tehran to Reeperbahn'' for the very first time, a program which he will be taking on tour in Europe later this year, starting with Berlin, Rome, Milan and Florence.
