Jazz-o-Tech invites you to “This is Techno Jazz” the party where Jazz meets techno, and the result is an explosive mix that will lift your soul and bring you on the dancefloor.
February 15 we will host our first party in Munich at Import/Export, where we will have the pleasure of hosting a live concert by Lyder and the DJ Sets of Tereza and Mattia Prete.
The music project LYDER was born from a fascination with the instrumental playing practice of jazz as well as the love to electronic music production. Under their collaborative pseudonym, Lindsey Wang aka Polygonia (live electronics, vocals, violin), Niklas Bühler aka Delusional Circuits (live electronics, piano), and Moritz Stahl (live electronics, saxophone) combine jazz and techno by fusing improvisation, live-looping and sound effects into an immersive electroacoustic experience. Their broad musical mood spectrum ranges from harmonic and emotional soundscapes to fast, driving rhythms, which create a hypnotic undertow through multi-faceted sound design.
Tereza is a German DJ, radio host and curator currently based in Berlin. She lives for the groovy, mostly up-lifting notions of underground dance music and, with her background as a hiphop dj, has a refreshing way of telling exciting and coherent stories through her dj sets. She loves good music of various genres and getting people's bodies moving - both Bandcamp nerds as well as ravers.
Mattia Prete is a DJ, producer, band member, and label manager at Jazz-O-Tech. Prete is known for his willingness to take risks and experiment. His versatile sound blends electronic, jazz, tribal, classical, and brokenbeat influences, often built around melodic, propulsive grooves.

Jazz-O-Tech is a label that draws on the rich heritage of two of music's most visionary and experimental genres: jazz and techno. Inspired by the creative and free-form nature of these two musical worlds, the label's artists mix tradition with modernity, improvisation with experimentation, and create a new sound known as techno-jazz.
