Von Geschichte bis Zukunft: Unter der Führung von Marlene, ihrer charismatischen KI-Assistentin, nehmen die Multiinstrumentalisten Viktor Nordir und Lars Maier das Publikum mit auf eine Reise durch Schlüsselmomente der Weltgeschichte bis hin zu visionären Zukunftsblicken am Rande eines schwarzen Lochs. Doch es ist nicht nur die epische Reise, die begeistert: NORÐIR bieten eine mitreißende Show zum Tanzen, mit überraschender Vielfalt und begeisterndem Humor.

Starke Bühnenpräsenz: NORÐIR teilte bereits die Bühne mit namhaften Künstlern wie Get Well Soon, Karmic, Kilez More, Zoot Woman und Sun Pilots. Im Jahr 2022 erhielten sie die Projektförderung der Stadt Ulm – Kultur, was ihre Bedeutung und ihren Einfluss unterstreicht.

Die Robots of the 80s sind die neue Synthese zwischen Mensch und Maschine. In Gestalt seiner Kopie, dem Geminoid Xaio, und Robot Rael aus den 80ern, verarbeitet der KI-Forscher Heiko Wersing in diesem Projekt seine Gedanken und Gefühle zu Freiheit, Menschlichkeit und Identität im Zeitalter der KI-Revolution. Der Sound der Robots of the 80s ist der analoge Synthpop und New Wave der 80er mit harmonischem Vocoder-Gesang, eingängigen Melodien und hypnotischen Sequenzen. Ihre Einfüsse reichen von Kraftwerk, Human League, über das Yellow Magic Orchestra bis hin zu Italo-Disco. Live sorgt Bassist David L. (SUD) für den menschlichen Touch in ihrer mitreißenden Performance.
