magic park festival takes place at Park Cafe, Rheinpark Auenweg Köln Deutz 

What are the opening hours? When does the program start?

saturday | 16:00 - 02:00

What is the minimum age to attend magic park festival?

The minimum age to enter magic park festival is 18.

Are the tickets personalized?

Online tickets must be personalized. Tickets will be scanned at the entrance and ticket holders will receive an admission wristband from us.

Am I allowed to leave and re-enter the event?

A Re-Entry is not permitted. 

What are the rules about bringing food and drinks?

You are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks to magic park festival.

Forbidden objects

It is not allowed to enter magic park festival with the following objects: music systems, drugs (except accompanied by doctor’s note), animals (except guide-dogs), spray cans, weapons, football club flags, items with discriminating and/or provocative texts and/or expressions, fireworks, liquids, drones, professional camera equipment.

Will there be lockers at the event?

No. There will be no lockers at the event. Please only bring what you need to the event.

I have a disability and can only attend the event with an accompanying person. Do they also have to buy a ticket?

No. You can buy your ticket yourself and show your disabled pass with a “B” at the entrance. Then your companion will be admitted free of charge.

I lost or found something at the event – is there a lost and found?

Please contact the info point at the entrance. Afterwards, you can send us an email at info@rheinevents.de.

Es ist nicht erlaubt, das Festival mit folgenden Gegenständen zu betreten: Musikanlagen , Drogen (außer mit ärztlichem Attest), Tiere (außer Blindenhunde), Sprühdosen,Waffen,Vereinsfahnen von Fußballclubs ,Gegenstände mit diskriminierenden und/oder provokativen Texten oder Symbolen,Feuerwerk, Flüssigkeiten,Drohnen sowie Professionelles Kameraequipment.

Gibt es Schließfächer auf dem Festival?
Nein, es wird keine Schließfächer geben. Bitte bring nur das Nötigste mit.

Ich habe eine Behinderung und kann das Festival nur mit einer Begleitperson besuchen. Muss diese ebenfalls ein Ticket kaufen?
Nein. Du kannst dein Ticket selbst kaufen und deinen Schwerbehindertenausweis mit einem „B“ am Eingang vorzeigen. Deine Begleitperson erhält dann freien Eintritt.
