About the Event

Die Irish Pogo Party präsentiert zum Jahresabschluss ein Punk-Potpourri der guten Laune mit Konzerten der Kölner Bands Halvlang und Plasma Peppone plus dem gewohnt wilden Abriss mit den DJ-Kobolden Fakkomoto & Chanto.


Den Abend eröffnet um 20:00 die Kölner Combo Plasma Peppone, die nach 15 Jahren mal wieder auf der Blue Shell Bühne steht. Plasma Peppone sind aus einer achtlos weggeworfenen Kölschflache entstanden und zocken eine deutschsprachige Melange aus Punk, Ska, Indie & Rock aus der Zukunft.


Um 21:30 entern Halvlang die Stage und präsentieren einen kölschen Rheinisch-Folk-Punk Mix im Stile von den Pogues oder Flogging Molly mit Punch & Prost. Hier treffen treibende Gitarren und virtuose Mandoline auf knackige Beats und ein entfesselndes Akkordeon.


Ab 22:30 läutet die Irish Pogo Party die Glocken. Dann wird es Zeit für eine weihnachtliche Eskalation mit einer frivolen Mischung aus Folk Punk, Ska Punk, Deutsch Punk und Rockklassikern.
