‍Led by Tiffany, a dancer with over 10 years of experience, this session blends her diverse background - from tap dance to performing in a K-pop dance group during university, to taking the stage with hip-hop and commercial styles.Her journey is rooted in passion, versatility, and a deep love for performance.

In this one-hour workout, Tiffany guides You through a dynamic, beginner-friendly cardio session with simple, easy-to-follow moves that still bring the full energy of hip-hop. It’s designed to make You sweat, smile, and feel good in Your body - whether You’re new to dance or just looking for a fun way to stay active.
