Pilz-Ketchup, Kimchi-Mayo, Salsa verde und Co: Selbst Fermentiertes ist super. In diesem Workshop werden Grundlagen der Fermentation für die Küche ausprobiert und dann Soßen, Salsas und Ketchups hergestellt. Im Anschluss wird im Rahmen des Festivals gegrillt.
