Das Künstlerkollektiv ELEKTRO KAGURA organisiert das zweitägige Musikfestival "EMU Festival" im Umspannwerk Reinickendorf. Musik aus den Bereichen Elektro- und Experimentalmusik, wird hier mit Tanz und Live-Animation zu einem interdisziplinären Kunstwerk zusammengeführt.

Beim EMU Festival verschwimmen die Grenzen zwischen Improvisation und Komposition – ein Raum, in dem Klänge sich ändern und neue Formen entstehen.

Mit Live-Musik von Tetsuya Hori & 1605munro, Gałgał, Cornelius Onitsch, Midori Hirano, Kazuhisa Uchihashi und AXL OTL bietet das Festival eine Auswahl an elektronischen, improvisierten und narrativen Klängen, welche von subtilen, experimentellen Harmonien bis hin zu kraftvollen, abstrakten Klanglandschaften reichen. Ichi Go wird mit faszinierenden Bewegungen und explosivem Tanz beeindrucken, während Yukihiro Ikutani den Raum mit seinen belebenden Live-Animation projiziert.

The artist collective ELEKTRO KAGURA organizes a two-day music festival called "EMU Festival" at Umspannwerk Reinickendorf. Music from the fields of electro and experimental music, dance, and live animation are combined into an interdisciplinary work of art.

At the EMU Festival, the boundaries between improvisation and composition blur – a space where sounds change and new forms emerge.

With live performances by Tetsuya Hori & 1605munro, Gałgał, Cornelius Onitsch, Midori Hirano, Kazuhisa Uchihashi and AXL OTL, the festival offers a selection of electronic, improvised, and narrative sounds, ranging from subtle, experimental harmonies to powerful, abstract soundscapes. Ichi Go will impress with fascinating movements and explosive dance, while Yukihiro Ikutani projects the space through his invigorating live animation.

EMU Festivalは、ベルリン・ライニッケンドルフのUmspannwerk (旧変電所) にて、電子・実験音楽で満たされる空間に、観客を特別な音響の一部に溶け込む体験へと導く実験的な試みです。アーティスト集団ELEKTRO KAGURAは、音の力を信じ、さらにダンス、ライブアニメーションを融合させた総合芸術として、このイベントを主催します。

Tetsuya Hori & 1605munro、Gałgał、Cornelius Onitsch、Midori Hirano、Kazuhisa Uchihashi、AXL OTLのライブパフォーマンスにより、即興演奏と作曲の境界が曖昧になり、音が変化し新しい形が生まれる空間が広がります。さらにダンサーIchi Goが身体を通して音を翻訳し、舞台美術家の生谷幸広のライブイメージにより、空間に色とダイナミズムを演出し、音・身体・視覚表現が織りなす空間にて、来場者を誘っていきます。
