Gespannt erwarten Sam und seine Mutter Rita in I WAS NEVER REALLY HERE die Ankunft ihrer alten Freundin Gifty und ihres Sohnes Kwesi.
THE GREATEST SIN vereint die Stimmen vier Schwarzer queerer Männer.

In I WAS NEVER REALLY HERE, Sam and his mother Rita eagerly await the arrival of their old friend Gifty and her son Kwesi. When Kwesi enters Sam's life, he begins to fall in love with Kwesi and begins to question his sexuality.
THE GREATEST SIN brings together the voices of four Black queer men. As individual as their life stories are, they are united through their conservative and religious upbringing.     In HUNDEFREUND, an argument sparks between Malik and Phillip on a date, bringing to the fore their unequal positions within German society.
Mermaid and Milan (MNM) are sisters by choice. The film celebrates their joy, their siblinghood and their unapologetic personalities and explores the power and beauty of being non-binary in a binary thinking society.     FLOWERS reinterprets a Black fairy tale. The captivating, afro-futuristic tale of love and family follows a young man whose mission will lead him on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.
I NEVER HAD A VIEW is a visual, experimental performance that tells the story of a young Black man in search of his sight.

With curators Phyllis Quartey, Joanna Peprah, Molley and the director Gabriel Bihina Arrahnio in attendance
