About the Event

Auf den CityLeaks Touren erkunden wir mit Euch die ganze Vielfalt an Urban Art, Graffiti und kreativen Interventionen auf den Straßen Kölns. Unsere Touren lassen Euch vertraute Veedel mit ganz anderen Augen sehen! Die Einnahmen der Touren fließen in die Umsetzung des kommenden CityLeaks Urban Art Festivals. Mit Eurer Teilnahme unterstützt Ihr mithin nachhaltig das Festival und die Kunst in der Stadt.

 

Diese Tour durch Ehrenfeld führt Euch entlang von Venloer Straße und Bahndamm zu einigen der bekanntesten urbanen Kunstwerke im Viertel. Hier gibt es Murals von u.a. Herakut, Roa, Pez, El Bocho und Captain Borderline zu entdecken. An vielen Stellen rücken aber auch Paste-ups, Kacheln, Sticker und Stencils lokaler Künstler:innen in den Blickpunkt. Was hat es mit den vielen Zahnrädern rund um den Bahnhof auf sich? Wo schockt uns ein gehäuteter Hase? Warum kreist am Bahndamm ein riesiger Adler über einer Schafherde?
